SPOTSWOOD, NJ – Seeing your book on the shelf of a bookstore is every writer’s dream. For Spotswood native Kelly Crandall, that dream became a reality when NASCAR 75 Years recently hit bookstores everywhere. Crandall, a 2008 graduate of Spotswood High School, co-authored the NASCAR retrospective along with fellow racing writers Jimmy Creed, Mike Hembree and Al Pearce. To make the experience even more memorable is the fact that Crandall got to write the section of the book dedicated to the 2000s; the era she first fell in love with the sport.
